Nature of the Service

Lea County Released Inmates is an independent reference resource with no government authority. It does not store official public records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or submit documents to an agency.

The site identifies official Lea County and New Mexico record sources and may connect visitors with independently operated research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other visitors. In particular, you must not:

• Violate a law while accessing or using the service
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Lea County, NMCD, a sheriff, a court, or another government agency.
